This sound healing workshop is hand-on and you will learn how to play them on and around the body. We’ll cover self-care practices, how to give and receive sound healing sessions and much more.  Bring a yoga mat for working on the floor and/or pillow for comfort. *Note: This class is for adults. No prior experience is necessary. Singing bowls are provided for use during class, and a workbook is offered to take.
