In an Access Bars Class, you will learn how to become a Bars® Practitioner. The Bars® is a body process for dynamic change, which involves touching 32 points on the head that start to clear all the limitations you have about that area of your life.  At worst you feel like you had a great massage and in the best-case scenario your whole life will change. I invite you to step into a container of space held for you.  A space where you can expand and grow with others yet in YOUR own way.  Learn how to release limiting belief systems that no longer serve you.  Also, learn how to do the same for others. In this class you will be provided with the necessary tools to give and receive an Access Bars Session hands-on. At the end of this class, you will receive your Certificate of Completion.  This Certificate is your ticket supporting family, friends, and clients in their own personal healing journeys. Let us share how to create a world of possibilities.

2025 Healing with HeART Fair Lawn Arts & Wellness Festival

Memorial Picnic Pavillion Fair Lawn, NJ, United States

The 3rd Annual Healing with HeART Fair Lawn Arts & Wellness Festival, The 3rd Annual Healing with HeART Fair Lawn Arts & Wellness Festival, is an event to promote the therapeutic benefits of art and creativity and to highlight the connection between self expression and mental wellness. This will be a gathering of wellness practitioners and artists, and will be open to the public for exploration and experiencing. We'll have partners (local organizations, artists, vendors, and wellness facilitators) educating, showcasing, demonstrating, or offering on-site services. This year's event will take place on Sunday May 4th 11am -3pm. The location is the pavilion by Memorial Pool Fair Lawn NJ (rain location - Memorial middle school gym). Last year was a successful event, even though the rain moved us into the middle school gym. This year I am looking forward to a meaningful community healing experience with the added value of the outdoors!
