Back by popular demand 😍😍 Start the “new year” from a grounded, safe space with breathwork, sound healing and creative expression! 💖 Experience transformational somatic breathwork, a powerful resourcing meditation for increasing capacity for pleasure and joy, followed by a healing sound bath. After this 1 hour experience, spend some time journaling, vision boarding, or creatively expressing your own experience of pleasure and joy, energetically calling that into your new year. ✨ Sat Feb 8th 11:30am - 1:30 pm (2 hrs) $45 per person

Sound Healing Workshop

This workshop is hand-on and you will learn how to play them on and around the body. We'll cover self-care practices, how to give and receive sound healing sessions and much more.  Bring a yoga mat for working on the floor and/or pillow for comfort. *Note: This class is for adults. No prior experience is necessary. Singing bowls are provided for use during class, and a workbook is offered to take.
