This hands-on class gives you the opportunity to learn the Access Bars® process directly through practice and experience.
Throughout the class, you will learn how to run the Bars, practice the technique with another participant, and receive Access Bars® yourself.
Whether you have experienced Access Bars® before or are completely new to energy wellness, no previous experience is required.
What You’ll Experience
During your Access Bars® class, you will:
- Learn how to run Access Bars®
- Give Access Bars® sessions
- Receive Access Bars® sessions
- Explore the tools and information included in the class
- Learn a hands-on process you can continue using beyond class
The class is designed to be experiential, relaxed, and accessible to beginners.
