Access Bars® Session or Class: Which Is Right for Me?

Choose an Access Bars® session if you want to receive, relax, and experience the technique for yourself. Choose an Access Bars® class if you want to learn how to give and receive Access Bars® and become an Access Bars® Practitioner.

What Is an Access Bars® Session?

An Access Bars® session is for receiving. You come in, get comfortable, and allow yourself to pause. During the session, gentle touch is applied to specific points on the head. You remain fully clothed, and the session is quiet and calming.

A session may be right for you if you feel mentally busy, energetically drained, overwhelmed, curious, or ready for a reset without needing to learn the technique.

In other words, if your brain has 47 tabs open and one of them is playing music you cannot find, start with a session.

What Is an Access Bars® Class?

An Access Bars® class is a one-day class where you learn how to give and receive Access Bars®. It includes hands-on practice, class materials, and the opportunity to both give and receive sessions during class.

After completing the class, you are recognized as an Access Bars® Practitioner.

A class may be right for you if you want to learn a hands-on relaxation technique for yourself, your family, clients, or your own personal wellness practice. It can be especially interesting for spiritually curious beginners, parents, caregivers, wellness professionals, bodyworkers, estheticians, coaches, and anyone who feels called to learn something new.

Which Should You Do First?

There is no wrong answer.

If you are curious but unsure, book a session first. That allows you to feel what Access Bars® is like before deciding whether you want to learn it.

If you already know you want to learn, you can go straight to class. Beginners are welcome.
