At Aloha Health and Wellness, this session is offered as Hō‘ola Radiance Renewal, a gentle hands-on wellness experience using nurturing hand placements on the face, neck, and upper chest.
Sessions are provided by Veronica Paduch, a certified Access Energetic Facelift™ Facilitator, in Paramus, New Jersey.
What Is the Access Energetic Facelift™?
The Access Energetic Facelift™ is a gentle hands-on process involving light, nurturing hand placements on the face, neck, and upper chest.
You remain fully clothed while resting comfortably on the table. No surgery, injections, machines, or intensive physical manipulation are involved.
Despite its name, this is not a traditional facial, medical facelift, or cosmetic procedure. It is an energy-based wellness experience designed to invite the body to relax and receive.
No specific physical or cosmetic result is promised. Every person and every session is different.

What Happens During an Access Energetic Facelift™ Session?
Your appointment begins with a brief conversation about what brought you in and what you would like from your time.
I will explain the process and the general hand-placement areas before we begin. Your comfort, consent, and personal boundaries matter throughout the session.
You will rest fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table while I use gentle hand placements on the face, neck, and upper chest.
There is no need to concentrate or clear your thoughts. You may talk, rest quietly, or fall asleep.
At the end of the session, you will have time to return to the room before getting up.
There is no required response and no guaranteed cosmetic result. The experience is personal and may feel different each time you receive it.
Your First Access Energetic Facelift™ Session
The word “facelift” can create a lot of questions.
Is it a facial? Do products go on my skin? Will someone be pulling or manipulating my face? Am I supposed to look different afterward?
This is not a conventional facial or surgical facelift. The session uses gentle energetic hand placements rather than injections, machines, or forceful physical techniques.
Before we begin, I will explain what to expect and answer your questions. You never have to pretend you understand something that is new to you.

30-Minute Introductory Session — $80
A gentle introduction for first-time clients who are curious about the Access Energetic Facelift™ or would like to experience the process before choosing a full session.
60-Minute Access Energetic Facelift™ Session — $150
A full session with time to settle in, relax, and receive the gentle face, neck, and upper-body hand placements without feeling rushed.
90-Minute Access Energetic Facelift™ Session — $190
A more spacious experience for clients who would like additional time to rest, receive, and allow the session to unfold.

Access Energetic Facelift™ During the Midday Aloha Reset
A reset does not always have to wait until the end of the day.
Select 60-minute Access Energetic Facelift™ appointments may be available through the Midday Aloha Reset, Monday through Thursday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
It is a gentle way to pause during the workweek and give yourself time to receive before you reach the point of complete exhaustion.

Choose a private session when you want to relax and receive the Access Energetic Facelift™ without learning how to perform it.
Choose an Access Energetic Facelift™ class when you want to learn the process, practice it, receive it, and gain the ability to share sessions with other people.
The class may be especially interesting to wellness practitioners, estheticians, massage therapists, caregivers, beauty professionals, or anyone who enjoys working with bodies and energy.
No previous energy-work experience is required.
Classes are offered on scheduled dates and may also be requested on select weekdays or weekends.

Will I look different afterward?
Individual experiences vary, and no specific cosmetic result can be guaranteed. The session is offered as a complementary wellness experience centered around gentle touch, relaxation, receiving, and energetic well-being.
Do I need experience with energy work?
No. Beginners are welcome. I explain what to expect and answer your questions before we begin.
Can I learn the process?
Yes. Access Energetic Facelift™ classes are available in Paramus. Classes may be scheduled publicly or created by request on select weekdays and weekends.
