My Path as an Intuitive Wellness Practitioner Paramus NJ

My path into wellness began through my own search for greater ease, balance, and self-connection. Shortly after graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I experienced a car accident that became a pivotal moment in my life. While the experience was challenging, it also opened the door to a deeper understanding of how stress, emotional heaviness, and life’s unexpected transitions can impact the body, mind, and spirit.

A Gentle, Intuitive Approach to Wellness

During that time, I began exploring complementary wellness practices such as essential oils, food, crystals, energy work, sound, and intuitive healing. What began as a personal journey of recovery and self-discovery eventually became the foundation for the work I now offer through Aloha Health and Wellness.

Today, my journey is less about pain and more about presence, awareness, and soulful connection. I feel lighter, more grounded, and deeply grateful that my path allows me to support others through the tools, trainings, and intuitive practices that have shaped my own life.

My approach blends Access Consciousness®, crystal healing, sound healing, shamanic studies, essential oils, and health coaching with intuitive guidance and compassionate presence. Each session is designed to meet you where you are and support relaxation, energetic balance, clarity, and reconnection.
