A WOMEN’S SOUND HEALING + PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE IN PARAMUS
What if you gave yourself an evening to simply be?
So much of life asks us to keep moving, keep doing and keep showing up for everyone else.
Grounded & Seen is an intimate women’s wellness event in Paramus, NJ created in collaboration with Aloha Health and Wellness and AnyaFoto Studio.
It’s an evening to slow down, settle into your body, reconnect with yourself and then experience what it feels like to step in front of the camera from that place.
No performing.
No needing to have it all together.
Just an evening to breathe, receive, connect and allow yourself to be seen.
WHAT TO EXPECT AT GROUNDED & SEEN
We’ll begin the evening at AnyaFoto Studio with light refreshments, mingling and time to settle in.
Then Veronica Paduch of Aloha Health and Wellness will guide you through approximately one hour of immersive sound healing using crystal singing bowls and complementary vibrational instruments.
You’ll simply get comfortable, listen and receive.
After the sound healing experience, Anya Day of AnyaFoto Studio will invite each woman individually in front of her camera for her own professional portrait experience.
The intention behind the evening is simple:
First, reconnect with yourself.
Then, allow yourself to be seen from that place.
YOUR SOUND HEALING EXPERIENCE WITH VERONICA PADUCH
Veronica Paduch is an Intuitive Wellness Practitioner and owner of Aloha Health and Wellness in Paramus, NJ.
She creates relaxing wellness experiences that offer people an opportunity to step away from the noise of everyday life, slow down and reconnect with themselves.
During Grounded & Seen, Veronica will guide you through approximately one hour of sound healing using crystal singing bowls and other vibrational instruments.
No previous sound healing experience is necessary.
Come as you are, get comfortable and give yourself permission to receive.
YOUR PORTRAIT EXPERIENCE WITH ANYA DAY
Anya Day is the owner and photographer behind AnyaFoto Studio in Paramus, NJ.
She has been photographing women for more than 16 years and has photographed more than 700 women throughout her career.
Her work focuses on helping women feel comfortable, confident and truly seen in front of the camera.
Anya specializes in women’s portraits, boudoir, maternity, branding and milestone sessions. Her portrait experiences are relaxed, guided and created for real women—including women who may not normally feel comfortable being photographed.
During Grounded & Seen, every guest will have her own individual portrait experience with Anya.
No modeling or posing experience is necessary. Anya will guide you.
Each guest will receive one professionally edited digital portrait complimentary with her event ticket.

Do I need experience with sound healing?
No. No previous sound healing experience is necessary. You’ll simply get comfortable and experience the sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and other instruments.
Do I need to know how to pose for my portrait?
Not at all. Anya will guide you throughout your individual portrait experience.
What is included with my ticket?
Your $45 ticket includes light refreshments, approximately one hour of sound healing, an individual portrait experience with Anya Day and one professionally edited digital portrait.
