Aloha Health and Wellness offers hands-on Access Consciousness® classes in Paramus, New Jersey with certified facilitator Veronica Paduch.
You do not need previous experience with energy work or wellness techniques. Beginners are welcome.
Classes give you the opportunity to learn the process, practice it, receive it yourself, ask questions, and gain experience using the technique with another person.

ACCESS BARS® CLASS
In this one-day class, you will learn how to give and receive an Access Bars® session. Access Bars® is a gentle hands-on technique where specific points on the head are lightly touched to support relaxation, mental clarity, and greater ease.
This class includes hands-on practice, class materials, and the opportunity to both give and receive Access Bars®. After completing the class, you will be recognized as an Access Bars® Practitioner.
ACCESS ENERGETIC FACELIFT™ CLASS
In this one-day class, you will learn how to give and receive the Access Energetic Facelift™. This gentle hands-on technique is designed to support relaxation, receiving, and releasing energetic tension connected to self-image, aging, and how we see ourselves.
This class includes hands-on practice, class materials, and the opportunity to both give and receive the Access Energetic Facelift™. After completing the class, you will be recognized as an Access Energetic Facelift™ Practitioner.
Access Bars® Class Questions
Do I need to receive Access Bars® before taking a class?
No. You may attend as a beginner even if you have never received a private Access Bars® session.

What is the difference between an Access Bars® session and class?

Yes. In addition to scheduled classes, alternate dates may be requested on select weekdays and weekends.

Private wellness workshops are available for small groups, businesses, schools, families, and community events. These experiences may include gentle energy wellness education, relaxation practices, sound healing, crystal-based intention work, or Access Bars® demonstrations.
